Return & Exchange Policy

At  Vezanta Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only wrong products, damaged products, or products delivered extremely late are eligible for return or refund consideration.
  • Customers must first contact us at info.vezanta@gmail.com to initiate any return or exchange request.
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • We provide exchange only.
  • No refunds will be issued unless:
    • the wrong product was delivered, or
    • the product arrived damaged, or
    • the delivery was extremely delayed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Imitate jewellery
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products returned after the 3-day return window

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases involving:

  • wrong item delivery,
  • damaged products, or
  • extremely delayed delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
